Pakshoma's new product development process is based on innovation and strategic solutions. Pakshoma's industrial design path begins with ideation based on accurate marketing research results. After initial product design and market feedback, products are engineered with 3D modeling, ergonomic evaluation, and functional design, and then production is based on the completion of detailed final design details and precise physical tests and analyses using precision manufacturing tools and machinery.

A Dream

1975

In 1975, the spark of a dream was ignited in the mind of an Iranian engineer, Mr. Akbari. The dream was to create an Iranian brand with a global perspective. At that time, the Iranian home appliance market was dominated by international leaders such as AEG from Germany, Toshiba from Japan, and Philips from the Netherlands. But this was only part of the story.During those years, with economic growth and an increase in the import of modern and high-quality household goods, the demand for new home appliances was rising. These products became a symbol of modern Iran within Iranian families, and their popularity grew day by day.It was here that an Iranian entrepreneur, with foresight and boldness, chose a new path. By assembling Lady Wash washing machines from Italy, he brought this technology into Iranian homes, so that comfort, ease, and quality would no longer be a luxury, but something every family could experience—newfound comfort and trust.Thus began the journey that today is known as Pakshoma.

Pakshoma's Bold Step into the World of Professionals

1981

Pakshoma was now recognized as a leading brand in the production of top-load washing machines. But this was just the beginning. To expand its product range and fulfill a grand dream (competing with the giants of the global industry), the time for a bold decision had arrived.Pakshoma, through a strategic collaboration with Philips from the Netherlands, introduced a new generation of front-load washing machines to the market. During that time, these products were seen as symbols of innovation and progress, and the market responded with widespread enthusiasm.

In 1996, Italy was at the peak of its home appliance industry. With innovative designs, advanced technology, and unparalleled quality, the country had become one of the main hubs for home appliance production globally. This was the path Pakshoma had been following from the beginning—connecting to global knowledge to create leading products.After the market's positive reception of Pakshoma products and successful collaboration with Philips, the brand took a step further and partnered with the Italian brand Ocean; a brand that, at the time, had a special place in the washing machine industry due to its innovation and advanced technology.During those years, the competition in the home appliance industry was focused on producing durable and high-quality products. However, Ocean didn’t stop at durability; the brand introduced a new standard for water efficiency and, at the same time, offered a variety of washing programs, higher speed, and minimalist Italian design, bringing a different experience to users. This was the approach Pakshoma sought for its products: a blend of design and technology for greater comfort.This valuable partnership continued for years, resulting in unique products introduced to the Iranian market—washing machines that not only had quality and durability but also brought comfort, innovation, and beauty to Iranian homes.

A Bold Step Towards Expansion

2001

Pakshoma had completed its first phase of growth and stabilization. Sales figures showed remarkable growth, and the dream that had started 26 years ago was now closer to reality than ever before.Collaboration with global partners and reliance on the knowledge and expertise of Iranian engineers had borne fruit. Pakshoma was no longer a 5,000-square-meter factory; it had now transformed into a modern, fully-equipped factory covering 35,000 square meters, a significant step towards solidifying its position in the Iranian home appliance industry.Everything was on the path of progress, and Pakshoma, more than ever, was ready for a bigger future.

The Turning Point of Collaboration with LG

2006

After successfully expanding its product range, Pakshoma made a pivotal decision and began its collaboration with LG, a brand that, at the time, was one of the most powerful names in the home appliance industry and modern technologies.The result of this partnership was the production of the washing machine model 8050; a product that received an unprecedented reception in the Iranian market and even beyond, in global markets. However, the real surprise came when sales of this model in some regions even outpaced those of LG itself. This historic success led LG’s executives to officially acknowledge Pakshoma's achievement.Pakshoma, not only stood alongside global brands but, in some cases, was a step ahead of them.

After 35 years of relentless effort, Pakshoma became LG's most important customer and business partner. This success, despite all the economic and political challenges, was the realization of an ambitious dream.But this was not just a business achievement; it was a source of renewed motivation for a team that now numbered over 450 people, a dedicated workforce that worked with passion and commitment to advance Pakshoma.

Boundless Expansion

2015

After 40 years of strong presence in the market, Pakshoma remained ambitious and continued its path of development and progress without stopping. With remarkable sales growth and market share, the brand expanded its production infrastructure to an area of 100,000 square meters, a strategic move for a bigger future.2015 was the year when, with the signing of the nuclear agreement (JCPOA), economic sanctions were reduced, opening new doors for exports and international collaborations. Pakshoma, with its astute vision, recognized this opportunity and took advantage of it at the golden moment, pushing its development to a whole new level.

Beyond Borders, Pakshoma’s Global Presence

2020

With a vision beyond the domestic market, Pakshoma embarked on its path of international development. In a year when the UAE and China were becoming the future economic powers, Pakshoma, with its astute vision, established two international offices, one in Shanghai, China, and the other in Dubai, UAE. That year, after establishing the Shanghai office, Pakshoma simultaneously launched a full production line for dishwashers (not just assembly) in Iran, becoming the only dishwasher manufacturer in the country. In the following years, with increased market presence and a diverse range of advanced models, Pakshoma solidified its position in the dishwasher industry. Today, relying on innovation, energy efficiency, and smart design, Pakshoma continues to lead this industry in Iran and pursues its path of development and improvement in the quality of life for Iranians.

Pakshoma’s Robotic Production Lines

2021

In a year when robotic technologies were transforming the global industry, Pakshoma once again took a bold step forward in its path of progress. The first fully robotic refrigerator-freezer production line in Iran was launched; a transformation that not only increased production speed but also raised product quality to an unprecedented level, paving the way for Pakshoma's business to soar alongside the Midea brand.Furthermore, Pakshoma expanded the boundaries of innovation and production once more. That year, the brand entered the home air conditioning sector and, by establishing a factory spanning 30,000 square meters, became the largest producer of air conditioners in Iran.
