A customer or user is any individual who registers with the Pakshoma website, places an order, or utilizes Pakshoma’s services.
Since the Pakshoma website is the official online store of Pakshoma Manufacturing and Industrial Company, customers are considered end-users, purchasing products for personal use rather than business or commercial purposes.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery timeframe: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days for Tehran, Alborz, and Qom provinces and 5 to 7 business days for other provinces via Pakshoma’s logistics network or third-party shipping partners.
- Order processing: The processing of orders begins one business day after the order is placed and follows multiple steps, including payment verification, financial documentation, warehouse dispatch, and final delivery.
- Delays: In the event of any processing delays, Pakshoma will promptly notify the customer and ensure the order is delivered within the specified timeframe.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Business Days: Pakshoma operates Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Customers receive an order confirmation code via SMS, indicating their order is in process.
- Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, Pakshoma reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within 72 hours, or offer an alternative product.
Payment Methods
- Online payments: All transactions are processed securely via Pakshoma’s online payment gateway.
- Refunds: If a transaction issue occurs, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
- Pricing errors: Pakshoma reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors and issue a full refund.
- User data accuracy: Customers must enter accurate contact details and shipping information. In case of discrepancies, Pakshoma may request additional verification.
Shipping and Delivery of Large Appliances
- Delivery location: Large home appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, air conditioners, etc.) will only be delivered to the building’s main entrance (facing the street). Transporting items to upper floors is the customer’s responsibility.
- Inspection upon delivery: Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. Any damage caused during transportation must be reported within 24 hours.
Returns & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and have not been installed.
- Technical defects: If a defect is detected before installation, it must be confirmed by Pakshoma’s after-sales service before a replacement or refund is issued.
- Damages during transport: Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for return.
- Refund processing: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
